The main rule is simple: the carts must be empty and left where our route technician can reach them.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the empty carts at the curb or approved service spot. We will message you when the cleaning is finished.
What if trash pickup is late or my cart is still full?
We will not clean a full cart. Leave it out if possible, and we will move the cleaning to the next available route window.
Will every stain and smell disappear?
We clean normal grime and odor-causing residue and apply deodorizer. Permanent stains, sun fading, rust, damage or material soaked into the plastic may remain.
What if I have more than 2 home carts?
Extra standard home carts are $8 each per visit. Select the correct number of carts in the request form so we can confirm the total.
